Full-time. Prior retail experience required. Assists employees with resolving customer concerns. Manages store budget and analyzes profit/loss statements. Prepares sales reports for Regional Director. Prepares work schedule for staff. Conducts staff evaluations. Orient volunteers to the store and its operations. Must demonstrate merchandising skills/experience. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Position requires evening hours and weekends. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
