Human Resource Generalist II - Luray

Successful candidate will provide leadership in recruiting strategies, employee relation issues and employee engagement and will work closely with managers and supervisors. Experience in creating and facilitating training sessions, providing consistency in communicating corporate policies and procedures and is the ability to lead in the planning, development and implementation of HR systems and practices required.
