Call Center Data Tech Support Technician I. The position will provide technical support for high speed internet, video and voice customers via phone, chat and email. Accurately identify issues and provide resolution for email, security software, high speed internet and home phone connectivity issues, wireless support, and customer education. $22,880/year with the potential for promotion within the first 12 months. Must be flexible to work various shifts. Must be able to work within center hours: Sunday - Saturday, 5 am - 2 am. Employees have the opportunity to bid on shifts and days off each quarter based on seniority. Training is done remotely (via computer). Full benefits offered.
