Responsible for greeting guests, coordinating sales process such as researching potential clients, sending out sales material, and data entry of client information. Must have great communication skills, Excellent writing and editing skills required. Sales force knowledge preferred. Other duties include calling leads, scheduling demos, researching leads, assisting with RFPs and database updating, lead generation / data mining, after sales follow-up, Understand standard corporate proposal formats and template, Experience working to stringent deadlines required, Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, Must be highly organized with proven skills managing and tracking assignments and deadlines, and High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe CS applications preferred. Starting rate is $10 an hour with working 10-20 hours a week.
