Successful employee will oversee facility maintenance and repairs in accordance with NPS regulations. Assist with associate issues involving coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions and team building. Ensure standards are maintained in service, cleanliness, shelf stock, payroll and productivity. Ensures compliance with policies and safety procedures for all maintenance projects. Minimum 5 years experience as a facilities or operations manager of which 2 to 5 should be in a hospitality or park setting.
