Case Manager II - Luray

The Case Manager II will determine eligibility and maintain accurate client files and records according to program guidelines. He/she will also provide job search assistance for all clients and ensure that each client moves into unsubsidized employment.  Good written and verbal communication skills required.  Strong organizational and time management skills required.  College degree preferred but a combination of work experience and education may be considered a substitute for educational preference.
