The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the growth of the loan portfolio, critique loan applications and conduct basic business classes and training to entrepreneurs in Shenandoah, Page, Warren and Clarke counties. Applicants should have two to five years of credit management and/or lending experience. Applicants should also have two to five years to experience in training and/or technical assistance. An undergraduate degree or higher in business management and/or similar degree and/or appropriate training is required.
