Administrative Assistant - Luray

PT.  Tasks include: Editing and creating documents in Word; Editing and creating documents in Excel; Assist with saving documents to an on-line file system; 75% of time will be spent communicating with individuals via email and on the phone. Must be comfortable talking to individuals and discussing company's background; Schedule appointments; Must be comfortable in learning new software/database that will be used on a daily basis; Other Administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires candidate to be a resident of Page County.
