This position is on a small half-acre non-certified but organically managed and diverse market garden. The garden provides vegetables and fruit to a restaurant located on the property. The garden is toured by guests daily and must be maintained in pristine condition. Must be able to both write and carry out a crop plan for each season that includes rotation for disease and pest control as well as nutrient deficiency and soil health. At least 5 years’ experience managing a farm is preferred; preferably at least 3 years’ experience working with a restaurant.
