Customer Service - Work At Home

Responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers, selling services, performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing customer service and solutions to problems. Representatives will be hired as temporary, full-time employees and may transition to regular, full-time positions after training depending on attendance, performance and position availability. Full benefits, upon successful completion of training.  Training will begin on February 17, 2014. Training is approximately 13 weeks (remote training is done via computer). Starting pay is $10.50/hour, with an increase up to $12.00/hour after successful completion of training.
