Front Office Secretary - Luray

The successful candidate must possess a positive demeanor and a helpful attitude, as this front office position will meet and greet all visitors. Job responsibilities include: Greeting visitors, checking appointments and directing visitors to the appropriate location. In addition, the secretary will answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person, receive emergency calls and inform key personnel as needed, and assist with office functions as needed. Computer skills are required, including familiarity with PowerSchool, Microsoft Excel, and other necessary programs. $16,690.00 / Per Year.
