The chosen candidate will be responsible for maintaining the owner's appointment schedule, screening and handling calls, writing letters and meeting minutes, pulling reports, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, distributing mail, and other duties as assigned. Hours required for this position are generally 9am to 7pm. The ideal candidate for the position will have a minimum of five years experience in a professional work environment, be an expert in written and oral communication, have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, diplomacy and, most of all, excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred.
