Office Assistant - Edinburg

Performs various secretarial duties for a department or an executive. Transcribes correspondence and memoranda from shorthand or dictation. Types narrative/statistical reports, charts, and forms. Duties also include photocopying and filing, answering telephones. May maintain executive’s calendar of appointments. Daily telephone and personal contact with the public, customers, and all levels of personnel in all departments. Some record-keeping is required. Work is performed in a normal office environment.
