Full-time (not seasonal). Position requires great customer service, multi-line phone and general office skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to use/learn timeshare software. Duties include making reservations for timeshare owners, answering owner questions and emails, and other duties as assigned by management. Must enjoy dealing with people and be able to problem solve over the phone. Experience making reservations is preferred, but not required. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1-2 Saturdays per month, including holidays. Hours: 8:30am-5pm, one shift/wk. until 6pm; must be able to work overtime during busy seasons.
