Two positions available. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phone and help with fax; help with scheduling appointments; occasionally attend meetings and take notes when necessary; handle office mail and correspondence; manage office supplies and file project documents; occasional editing of Word documents and spreadsheets; other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; good communication skills. Must be able to pass minimum background test; need at least two references verifying good work ethics. Candidates returning to the workforce after an employment gap will be considered. $10/hr – 10/hrs. week - 40/hrs. month.
