Ensure restaurant is set up for each business day. Monitor equipment maintenance; make sure equipment functions properly and report need for repair. Ensure food court venues are set up for each business day. Investigate food quality. Direct the activities of all back of house shift supervisors, leads and employees as required. Evaluate performance, coordinate scheduling of personnel to provide adequate staffing, instruct employees on policies, procedures, duties and activities; handle disciplinary matters. Maintain positive work environment for high productivity and job satisfaction.
