Manage all of the daily housekeeping operations of the hotel to ensure the absolute safety and comfort of all hotel guests and staff. Understand and respond to customers' needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Ensure facility is maintained and in a perfectly clean state for guests. Plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
