Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, data-integrity/accuracy checking, filing, creation/maintenance of spreadsheets and various documents, etc. This entry-level position has limited knowledge of activities in own work area, and follows specific written or verbal instructions for established work procedures. Responsibilities are straightforward and generally routine in nature such as collecting information or checking simple reports for accuracy. Answering telephones and directing calls & faxes. Other clerical/administrative work as needed. Qualifications: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Dependability, great attention to detail. Must possess data entry skills (with minimal errors or omissions). Be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. High school graduate; prefer some college coursework or associate’s degree in business. Proficient with computers, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word). $10/hour – 10 hours a week/40 hours a month.
