Ensure integrity and accuracy of all record keeping. Process all real estate transactions. Coordinate the Escrow function of the office. Coordinate all advertising activities. Maintain multiple listing and other data processing systems. 1-3 years office administration experience. Real Estate office experience a plus. Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong computer skills a must. Excellent communication skills. Must be highly organized, personable and capable.
