Operations Associate. Provides clerical support to the operations department personnel. Maintains accurate files and filing systems to include operations documentation and other miscellaneous documents. Proofreads records and forms to verify accuracy of reports. Prepares requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases. Research, tracks, and resolves (or properly refers) documentation problems and discrepancies.
