Politely meets and greets customers and visitors and directs them to the appropriate office or person as necessary. Answer the telephone, takes messages, records calls, and performs office support duties such as opening and distributing mail, filing, and photocopying correspondence and performing light word processing assignments. May maintain the office supply inventory and re-order office supplies. May schedule meetings and set up meeting rooms for attendees, including food arrangements. Performs other related office support duties as directed by staff members or immediate supervisor.
