Positions involve all phases of court administration, including but not limited to: probate procedures; processing legal documents; document imaging and indexing; filing; recording legal documents; issuing marriage licenses; handling monetary transactions utilizing computerized cash register; assisting the public; and other associated duties. Requires general knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to operate MS Word, Excel and Access. Must have strong written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. Previous experience in court or law office preferred. $24k/year with benefits.
