Temporary. Performs various administrative duties for a department or a manager. Prepares and formats narrative/statistical reports, charts, and presentations. Duties may also include photocopying and filing, answering telephones. Daily telephone and personal contact with the public, customers, and all levels of personnel across all departments. Organizational and record-keeping skills are also required. Work is performed in a normal office environment. High school education or equivalent; 6-12 months experience.
