Seasonal. Position requires great customer service, multi-line phone and general office skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office. Must have excellent computer skills and be able to use/learn timeshare software. Duties include making reservations for timeshare owners, answering owner questions and emails, and other duties as assigned by management. Must enjoy dealing with people and be able to problem solve over the phone. Experience making reservations is preferred, but not required. Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, Saturday mornings required as needed. Hours: 12pm-6pm, additional hours may be required.
