Help Desk Supervisor/IT Tech - McGaheysville

Position requires advanced knowledge of PC repair and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Must have at least 2 years of IT experience and prefer applicants with A+, Network+, or other IT certifications. Diverse knowledge of Windows applications, networks, PCs, peripherals, and operating systems is required, but we will train on company-specific applications. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to work independently, and maintain a positive, customer-oriented attitude when dealing with fellow employees. Must have good driving record.  Schedule: Mon-Fri, rotating on-call schedule after business hours and holidays. Hours: 8:30am-5pm; evenings as needed.
