Trainer, Customer Service - Edinburg

Position develops, communicates and implements Customer Service training programs to ensure quality service from call center/customer service personnel. Position is responsible for tracking individual training progress for Customer Service Representatives, must be able to identify training needs, develop training plans and deliver to group/individual customer service representatives, and partner with other departments to ensure all training needs are met.  Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications or Business, minimum of 3 years group facilitation, curriculum design, and development experience.
