Seasonal. Position begins November 1st. Position requires strong leadership skills, initiative, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Prefer applicants with prior experience in the repair shop of a ski/snowboard retail store, but we will train. Duties include supervising rental shop staff, inventory control, cash handling, rental equipment maintenance, working with guests to solve problems, training, and scheduling staff. Must maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Schedule: Varies, includes weekends and holidays. Hours: Vary, including evenings. Two 40 hour positions and one 20-30 hour position available..
