County Administrator - Luray

The County Administrator will plan, direct and coordinate the day to day operations of county government.  The successful candidate will have considerable skills in local government leadership, personnel, economic development, budgeting, capital improvement planning and the ability to have open, positive and effective communication at all levels.  Requires a bachelor's degree with major course work in public administration or a related field with equivalent experience.  A graduate degree and/or experience as a chief or assistant chief local government administrator is preferred.  Salary based on experience and qualifications.  Deadline September 28, 2012.
