This full-time position is responsible for working with meals and beverage taxes, transient occupancy taxes, consumer utility taxes, state income taxes, and estimated state taxes. Other duties include, but are not limited to, issuing business and professional occupational licenses (BPOL), auditing BPOL taxes, and document imaging. General knowledge of standard office practices, experience with MS Word and Excel, strict attention to detail and proofreading skills required, along with strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience with state income taxes preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required and applicant must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug-screening test. $24,382.94 with excellent benefits. Deadline August 31.
