Gaming industry. This position will provide the highest standard of customer support for all Wizards of the Coast products. This includes, but is not limited to, live chat, forum and email support for Wizards digital and analog games. Two or more years of experience in the customer service field, including live chat moderation, required. Experience providing Game and Technical support desired. This position is a remote (telecommuting) position.
