Customer Service Representative - Work at Home

Seasonal employment (PCJ note: This is a great way to pick up work-at-home experience and see if it works for you). Customer Service Representatives serve as the first contact with card holders and will respond to inbound telephone inquiries and email requests from accountholders.  In this role you will assist customers with questions and issues regarding their accounts. Reps must have a landline phone with an unlimited long distance plan (PCJ note:  Customers will not have access to your home phone number). Employer will reimburse $30.00 each month for telephone service. Currently recruiting in CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA and VA only.  Paid training classes will start in July, 2012.
