Full-time, temporary. Provide IT Help Desk (customer support) for computer problems which include troubleshooting personal computers and networking equipment hardware and software. Provide installation, maintenance, and operation as well as documenting procedures for operating and maintaining an array of hardware and software capabilities which may include: setting up new PCs and laptops to include transferring files from the replaced computers, installing antivirus software and stand-alone computers, completing software updates on computers. $15.00/per hour.
