B.S./B.A degree (Science, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or equivalent). Experience Developing and Delivering Adult Education Programs. A minimum of two years of work experience working or directly supporting a cGMP regulated environment. A minimum of two years of work experience in coordinating & executing training activities and programs. Experience with educating for new software platform implementation (i.e. training others how to use SAP, Werum, Delta V, or other technical or process controlling software). Excellent verbal communication skills, technical writing skills and facilitation skills.
