Entry-level clerical and administrative support for management-level department. Perform routine administrative and clerical duties. Work is closely monitored and checked. Perform routine office duties: answer phone and make appointments; compose correspondence; compile and analyze basic data for reports; answer routine inquiries; pick up and distribute mail and faxes; fax outgoing documents; maintain and update office supplies and assist in maintenance of department files. Provide basic typing and word processing support. Use computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics to produce simple reports, presentations or other documents. This is a 1 year contract position paying $12hour.
