Floral industry. Consumer Sales Professionals (CSPs) will use every customer contact to reinforce the company’s commitment to customer service which includes taking inbound customer sales and service calls. CSPs should demonstrate the ability to work independently; meet established key performance indicators and resolve customer inquiries. These are part time, seasonal positions. Training: Paid at your state’s minimum wage per hour (16 hours training). After Training: $8.00 per hour to $11 per hour with commission.
