Recruitment Office Assistant - McGaheysville

Position requires great customer service, organizational skills and excellent phone manner.  Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and translate as needed. Must have strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications. Previous office experience is required. Duties include greeting applicants/employees, helping HR Recruiters with application processing and other paperwork, answering the phone, and additional duties as assigned by management. Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays as needed. Hours: 10am-5pm, evenings as needed.
