Honest and trustworthy office assistant needed for a fast-paced environment. Must be a quick-learner and able to multitask a variety of issues. Applicant must be able to direct daily activities in and around planning, scheduling, billing, correspondence, purchasing, HR issues as well as allocation and procurement of various road and traffic related permits. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office required. Applicant should also be able to take dictation and have other similar office related skills. Experience working in an industrial services or construction-related office settings is a plus. Work hours 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, working on salary or on a schedule as needed. Salary based upon experience.
