Customer Care Professional - Work at Home

Part time positions 19 hours per week. Responsible for receiving inbound Sales calls and providing reservation assistance to reserve journeys. Provide timely and efficient response with a high degree of customer service when responding to telephone inquiries and taking reservation requests.  Maintain overall familiarity with varied procedures for handling travel agent and client telephone calls and sales, including distinctions between different types of inquires, booking. Enthusiastic & customer-oriented, committed to maintaining high standards of performance on the job.
