Position will oversee the center operations including visitor orientation, shop merchandising and sales, and daily cash management. Oversight of center activities, including visitor greeting, response to telephone and electronic inquiries, and shop sales. Work collaboratively with marketing and outreach staff to support strategies to maximize visitation and shop revenues with appropriate inventory. Responsibilities include recruiting, training and supervision of volunteers, interns and hourly staff. Dedication to excellent visitor service by providing accurate information on the visitor experience including: history of the area and visitor amenities. Salary $28k - $44k DOQ/DOE.
