Full Time - Temporary, not to exceed 6 Months. Performs a variety of technical work in support of a wilderness management program. Receives and processes information, and dispatches personnel, equipment, aircraft, and supplies for suppressing wildland fires. Receives and transmits information critical to fire management via radios, telephones, and computer terminals. Maintains fire suppression data, such as weather information or locations of fire suppression resources, in computer databases. Maintains fire records and fire stats as reported to dispatch office.
