Customer Service Representative - Timberville

Responsible for all customer service activities, particularly processing orders and responding to inquiries and complaints, while coordinating with the cross functional areas to satisfy customer needs and expectations.  High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.  Some college preferred.  Minimum of 3 years customer service and/or sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
