Four (4) positions available. The primary purpose of these positions is to assist in the implementation of fisheries monitoring throughout the park. The positions will serve on a field crew conducting backpacking electrofishing surveys within mountain stream habitats. During monitoring surveys, fish will be captured, identified, measured, weighed, and released on site. Additional duties include assisting with all aspects of the monitoring protocol netting fish, fish identification, measuring stream habitat, and collecting information on water quality. Some positions will also assist with aquatic macro invertebrate monitoring. $13-$15/hour. Applications must be submitted by January 10.
