The Member Service Representative will provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries and informal grievances from Medicare members, authorized parties, and other internal/external customers. The customer contact takes place from home via telephone, written correspondence, web, fax, or voicemail. Through member or provider contact coordinate accurate and efficient transportation for covered services to members. A high school graduate or equivalent required. Proficient computer skills are also required. A two year degree in health related, liberal arts, or communication field is preferred. Course(s) in medical terminology preferred. Experience in a customer service environment is required.
