Recruitment Office Assistant - McGaheysville

Full-time. Position requires great customer service, organizational skills and excellent phone manner.  Must be detail-oriented and familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general database applications.  Duties include greeting applicants and employees, helping HR Recruiters with application processing and other paperwork, answering the phone, and additional duties as assigned by management. Prefer applicants with previous administrative and/or reception experience that are bilingual in English and Spanish. Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays as needed. Hours: 10am-5pm, evenings as needed.
