Nationally-recognized emergency road assistance company is looking for telecommuting agents. As a Hotline Agent, you will answer incoming calls in your own home from customers in need of emergency road service (calls are routed through your computer connection – customers do not have your home phone number). After gathering detailed information, you will dispatch calls to the appropriate shop or service providers who will assist the customer. Must meet general experience and pc/home office requirements. The Emergency Road Service department is open 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Company offers flexible work schedules, paid training and part-time positions.
