The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in overseeing food cost and inventory control; safety and sanitation. The assistant F&B Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar departments and special events. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met. The Assistant F&B Manager, under the supervision of the F&B Manager, may counsel unit personnel on providing outstanding guest service, quality and cost control; labor scheduling and staffing, and employee training.
