Incumbent assists the store manager in planning, organizing, and directing store operations, participates in all essential operational activities and assumes full responsibility for store functions in the absence of the store manager. Duties include monitoring customer service of subordinates, investigating and resolving customer complaints, applying merchandising techniques, accounting for all store funds, managing inventory levels, and assisting in completing required documentation. Additional duties involve assisting store manager with evaluation of staff and training part-time employees. Hiring salary is $26,236.00. Applications must be received by April 18.
