I’ve had a few people ask me about these “merchandiser” positions. Basically, if you’ve visited local stores, you’ve seen merchandisers (they’re the ones who restock everything from frozen foods to greeting cards, depending on the employer and/or assignment – they are not store employees). For this position, you will be assembling and moving heavy fixtures. You will also be stocking product on shelves per plan-o-gram description, tagging and putting together/installing signs and POP materials. Some highly physical activities including the ability to disassemble and build shelving and display units. $12/hr.
