Leads and supervises the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) enrollees between the ages of 15 and 18 on natural resource/conservation projects and facilities maintenance activities. Assigns tasks and equipment and defines quantity and quality of work expected.Prepares daily safety talks and ensures safe work practices.Provides guidance and counseling to all enrollees; handling behavior and disciplinary concerns.. $13.41 /hour.
