Part-time. Hours are Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 8:00pm The specialist provides core communication with members who are entering the billing cycle for membership renewal, reviews membership levels, associate members, product usage and services provided this past year. Overall, the specialist conducts an informational, yet comfortable conversation about member benefits and renewal options, and ensure the brand’s reputation is maintained and projected. The level of knowledge required for this position is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree or 3 to 4 years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of work experience/education.
